Values are becoming more important to the way we work; companies focus on more than just profit and actively contribute to positive asocial or climate change. As a management assistant, you play an important part in representing and guarding these values.
But what happens if your personal values don’t match the company values? Where’s the line between company loyalty and personal responsibility?

Stephan Ummelen (35) is partner at Values Driven a consultancy that advises organizations about ethics engagement and values. He started his career by founding an advertising agency at the age of 22 which grew to 14 employees under his leadership.
When he no longer wanted to contribute to empty marketing slogans, he sold his company and decided to focus on values and authenticity in organizations as the focus point for sustainable change.
Stephan will take you on an unexpected journey about the trends shaping the way we work. He combines the latest research and his experience to engage the audience in a meaningful dialog. But there is also room for humor and interesting insights from the worlds of advertizing and (organizational) philosophy.
