The Global Skills Matrix

The World Administrators Alliance launched the Global Skills Matrix on 16th September 2021 after years of research and analysis of the results of the WA-Summit survey of over 3000 Administrative Professionals around the world.

The result is a globally recognised framework for Assistants, HR Managers, Recruiters and Associations to identify five levels of work, with defined tasks and required skills for those levels, regardless of geography.

The Global Skills Matrix will change the perception of the role. It will show businesses the true value that administrative professionals add to their bottom line. It will increase clarity around performance expectations and establish a clear link between individual and organisational performance for administrative roles.

In this Webinar, Helen will explain how the Matrix came about, its purpose and benefits as well as how you can use it to find your own level and how to use the free resources to start the conversation in your organisation about your role and your career path opportunities.
